BUTT-Y -The journey of Dreams to Determination

Every person is wearing clothes, however, not everyone can find their style, can they?

This was the question that resonated in the head of Krishna and Rudraksh each and every day. Two brothers One 14 years old, the other is only 15 years old with a frustration in their hearts: Why is it that there seems to be no brand that knows our fitting, our comfort and our choices?

Whenever Krishna purchased a shirt or a T-shirt in the market, disappointment fell on his face. One day he came out with it --
Enough, Rudraksh, is enough! When the world can not provide us clothes that fits us, then we are going to have a brand of our own.”

And that is when a tiny drawing notebook turned into a place of a dream. Line over line, sketch after sketch a new vision was emerging. However, when they discussed this idea with their parents at home they instantly declined.

The brothers had formed their resolve- “When dreams are large, they do not require age approval.” Each time they heard a “NO” by their parents, they only became stronger. They drew and drew, they plotted and plotted, they showed they were fired up.

And one day their parents smiled at last and said-- Okay, go ahead. We are here with you.
That is when BUTT-Y was created.

The name, even, has a meaning. When Krishna initially presented the concept behind launching a brand, the common question that everyone put forward to him was are you out of your mind? Those are words that got stuck. The second reason? When it involved the trunks and briefs, the butt fitting was always the hardest part. It became their brand because it is a relatable problem.

And that is where BUTT + WHY were put together to form, BUTT-Y.

Today, BUTT-Y is not a simple brand of clothes only. It is a legend of two young brothers who had the courage to dream beyond their age, who struggled against darkness and the doubts and who became the evidence that passion has no limits.
